Come on guys, not everyone is fluent in English. Basically, he meant his first account that he has made on his IP is still standing strong but the other 50 accounts which were under the same IP got banned. So it is just luck whether Jagex catches you or not. I agree with you OP. Luck definitely plays a big role in bans.
