If they accounts arent in the same locations i would say it would be fine for 2-3 and what ISP do you have? some "dynamic" IPs are called "sticky" and only change if you ask your ISP to do it for you. otherwise most "dynamic" IPs will change whenever the router is reconnected.

I like this idea if it were only supported for certain sub-forums. And if you wanted you could pay for the sticky by week. i think $5-10 per week of sticky would be sufficient depending on which forums. I would think market would be more costly $10 or so.... This may be a bit much but i think this would be a good idea imo. or if you wanted to make it cheaper make this feature locked to VIP+ members.
