I didn't even know there was a lifetime VIP, unless you meant lifetime sponsorship. Anyway staff are usually good with this stuff, I think only certain staff have access to access to sensitive information like proof of purchase which might be why it's taking a little longer than usual. You could try messaging @Decode, he's really helpful with this stuff. -

Thanks for the replies, in regards to network and disk space, they come free with the VM.
@asdttt By what you plan on hosting on the server, I assume you mean how many accounts? If so, hopefully 40 accounts.. And I'm using OVH, most likely with windows.
