For starters the people I mentioned, among others, in my post above are air-tight sellers which I could think of right off the top of my head. Personally I've bought +500M from @Kaii, @Ovidijus00 and their services are excellent. I definitely recommend them if you want a professional, safe and effortless trade. If my memory hasn't failed me I believe Kaii accepts PaySafeCard. You could swing by the market section of the forum to find other established professional sellers to find offers on 07 RSGP. Perhaps you'll discover someone you can imagine conducting business with.

I don't know if there have been any changes to the API since I practically joined this forum now but I don't think that should be of any issue. It's a good place to start but I think you'd do yourself a favor by actually learning to code rather than follow a copy-paste-guide (no offense to William) - I only watched his tut vid 1 & 2. If you want to create a good script you need knowledge about the programming language because you are bound to have errors and it will make your life easier. Besides that if you only copy and paste code from a video how many others do you think will have done the same? It might not be a good idea to rely on that script if you intend to bot for money/xp as it's most likely going to be detected rather quickly by Jagex. Personalizing your script makes it unique and you can edit and add features to make it more complex and superior, which is why knowing how to code is my recommendation to you. However, if your intention is learning then by all means, I think you could learn something from this kind of tutorial if you engage and submerge into the syntax and algorithm even if its a really 'shallow' guide to making a bot. TL;DR: If your intention is to learn programming it can't be harmful. If your intention is to actually bot with this for money/xp, I wouldn't recommend it.

PayPal isn't mandatory but I admit it helps a lot. Crypto-currency is a very good alternative, These two methods are probably the most common/preferred by both established sellers and one-offs. If you don't have access to either then your best bet is to buy from large vendors who have a wide variety of accepted payment methods. +1 PlayerAuctions is probably one of the safest ways to buy RSGP, certainly if you're looking to buy large amounts. Many of the large and reputable gold sellers here are also very safe, such as @Bogla, @Kaii, @Arcus, @Ovidijus00 etc. I would definitely vouch for them, stellar services. If you on the other hand are only looking for something cheaper people tend to post offers occasionally, always take caution when trading and good luck!

The server I have in mind, you won't have to put any deposit but you can. The rates are as I mentioned 3M ± 500k per hour per runner depending on your runecrafting level. As far as I'm aware you can have as many runners as you'd like, but it's recommended to not have any more than 3-4. You pay up front to an admin in the server who acts as a middleman. Otherwise you can MM through yourself with a 50M deposit to the server owner, who refunds you whenever you wish to reclaim. I might have missed some details or so, nonetheless you get the idea I presume. I'll send you an invite link to the discord through PM so you can read and explore for yourself if you're interested.
