Honestly even though Java is what you would need for scripting on OSBot, I'd start with something easier like HTML. Once you understand that move onto a little Javascript until you get comfortable with functions, and then after go to Java.
Yes you can hop right into Java but for me personally it was a lot easier to learn because I had a small background in Javascript. It's still overwhelming but it was easier for me to grasp.
Not sure where you're getting the idea that if you somehow got an equation of 7=0 you could just divide both sides by 7...
And you'd have to solve for x, not put a random number in...
If you have any questions feel free to ask me! I'm not the best but I do have a pretty good understanding of Java and am learning more and more about it everyday.
Also sorry if I came off like a d bag. The amount of topics like this that are posted are ridiculous :P
You need to know Java for scripting, not visual basic.

He has a part two but I think those are the only two out on YouTube for OSBot coding. The video also assumes you have a basic understanding of Java. If you don't watch this (yes I know its long suck it up):

I'm looking at a lot of tutorials and learning to make GUI's. Right now everything I'm learning is from swing, but is JavaFX better? Are the both used but for different things? I don't want to waste my time learning how to build using swing if FX is going to take over.
Good guide even though like one of the posts I saw above it amazes me how people don't understand how to do this!!
I personally did this legit for a couple days and mainly flipped chaos/death/blood runes. I made 2m in 10 minutes one time where I bought a stock of 20k bloods for 6m (300 ea) and then went and sold to some people on Zybez buying 400 ea.
