We agreed on a set price of 16m per account for the follow stats. Here is a picture of the terms we agreed too. Here is picture of me giving payment to Jamez And him confirming that he accepted Him know ignoring me for around 3 days along with no progress on accounts. I would prefer to see this service completed, but will also take full refund of the 32m.

Maybe I'm just stupid and can't read, but I'm pretty damn sure they were voted upon. It was both F2P and bonds, not just one or the other. Actually, the poll was for bonds but asked if there should there should be F2P worlds added along with bonds. Not the other way around.

The people of 07 RS didn't want all that extra BS. They had the chance to vote on what they wanted and they chose to only use it for membership and nothing else. I think it's pretty nice, though. I never did like either of the runecoins or the keys.

It was pretty highly in favor for bonds. However, most people didn't want rune coins or any of the other bs, just membership.
