So because you decide to PM chat logs instead of a simple Skype/btc/PP address, someone should get scammed over that? It's obviously the other guys fault as well for not verifying skypes, but like I said - There are people who are new to the market and there are people who should have experience with it and know how to combat impostors. Not PM'ing chat logs will not affect you in the slightest opposed to sending specific PM's.

Stop using chat logs. You are literally getting people scammed and it's your fault, whether you believe it to be or not. There is no security in using chat logs whatsoever and it's a really stupid idea to use them to begin with. Scammers have been using chat logs to trick the 'smart' people with high feedbacks into the newcomers/people who don't market and the people who do market and gain a lot of rep keep sending chat logs and getting people scammed. The most recent one against someone just proves that no good can come of chat logs and it can easily get people scammed. Instead of sending chat logs, PM your Skype name, RSN and the trade details. Nothing more, nothing less. It is literally impossible (unless the person is just retarded and is helpless at that point) to get someone scammed by this method and this is what I've been doing for a few years after I started getting impostors copy my chat logs. Honestly, people should be held accountable for their negligence in the market when it comes to trading as you're supposed to be the big shot but you can't even protect your customers from simple scams. Though I'm making this in reference to someones scam report, this goes to everyone - especially since I've made topics on this before. I've had some customers myself who backed out of the trade because they were unhappy with my PM (I pm'd my Skype, rsn and trade details) and insisted on me sending chat logs. Whether they were just people who were trying to act smart or impostors, no one knows. ----- If you have an argument on why chat logs are actually useful, please let me know as I will shoot it down because it's the worst thing you can PM a user right behind 'I'm talking with you'. PS: I would post this in suggestions but it already got shot down in the past so I'm posting this as a community reminder.

They still have full access to everything when they were a scammer who refunded to get unbanned or broke some market rules making them look like a threat. If they’re a threat to the market and are given the rank, why are no restrictions put in place for this market threat?

Then ban them. If they have the TWC rank to begin with then it's because they did something wrong. TWC shouldn't be given out because 'I think' this guy deserves it. It should be given out with facts. If it's a fact that a user is a threat to the marketplace then that user does not currently belong in the marketplace. I wouldn't mind there being an appeals process to get rid of it but the fact that a user has a TWC because they're proven to be dangerous in the market and then can continue to market is just baffling. If any user willfully requests TWC also then they should be left with either a rejection - as this is not a scam and nothing about scammers is funny - or they should be given the rank along with all of the restrictions that comes with it.

You have a vouch from one guy with TWC stating that you sold him 1M You have a vouch from an ex mod stating that he sold you a $45 donor rank. You have vouches from other people for the free quests/services you were offering building rep. Nothing about anything you have done on Sythe proves you're trusted/trustworthy. I'm not here to shit on you, I'm here because you're telling people that you're trusted off-site which is an obvious lie and I just want you to realize that in case you weren't sure and thought that buying a donor rank from an ex mod makes you trusted.

So then Market rules, specifically? Also, there should be a rank that restricts people from entering the market. People that blatantly lie about being the OO to sell an account faster or people who spam pc to post. TWC should be changed to market restriction. That will clear up a lot of bs currently. TWC does nothing as people still scam anyway in TWC..

A user can be in a Market related 'Trade With Caution' rank if they knowingly broke one of the site rules? The first part makes sense but not the latter.

Your scripts are invisible to everyone else so it’s nothing that you can really prove - you can edit pictures and stuff also so yeah. Also, there are people who buy $75 sponsor then scam $25 so this just kind of kills your reasoning and logic. Aside from him getting mad at you saying he’s not good with competition, I just see him trying to sell gp. He seems pushy but he’s trying to make a sale. That’s what salesmen do. I think he cursed and got mad when you said he’s scared of competition but who knows. I haven’t talked to him in a while.

Going to pay @IlliniGuy. He said he's at GE and I'm like, that's not a big deal to walk there, I'll be right there! I'm running from Lumby and then ran out of energy right after I past the farm guys in north-east lumby. I tell him I'm going to take a while - since I ran out of energy - and he's saying it's no problem. I clicked so my guy can walk and then I talk on Skype to some people. A minute later, I go back to go up through Varrock and I see my guy sitting in Lumby. I'm thinking...I know I was near Varrock...wasn't I? Questioning myself and what just happened for the past minute for a bit, I just realized I died, somehow, and lost my 20m stack. Bruh... So now I'm responsible for this 20m. I run my little level 3 ass back there as fast as possible and telling @IlliniGuy that I died to see if he can get the GP before someone else picks it up. I'm running and stuff, panicking, not knowing how long ago I died since I was talking on Skype and not paying attention. I know when you die, other people can pick up your items after about five minutes or so. I'm running since I know there are usually noobs over there in F2P worlds training against weak mages and will shit their pants if they find 20m on the floor. Luckily, I got it and gave this guy his 20m. Moral of the story? Don't meet people anywhere besides the safety of Lumby bank. It's a dangerous world out there.

Yeah, I found this feature like a week ago and it was nice. I tried the max zoom and noticed it was a bit weird since it zoomed in centered, then it slanted near the max zoom. I use like 75-80% zoom and it's been perfect.
