Wtf is that ban reason..?

I have an i3 and I don't have a problem with anything. My fans may turn on if I have high graphics and everything, but that's about it. I don't notice any lag - except maybe when it's first loading up - though. It's not as bad as some people make it out to be.

100m? For a quest cape? That's a bit cheap. Also, I doubt anyone who has the money to spend it would be stupid enough to pay for it outright and possibly get scammed. Very rarely do you get ignorant people with a lot of money. And the ones that are don't have their money for long. 100m is way underpriced and I wouldn't charge that, nor would I pay it to have someone get me a quest cape.

I did doubling money one day on RS because I was bored a few years back. I blew 50m or something doubling money. I woke up the next day to a mute and when I looked up the reason, it was for item scamming. Imagine how pissed I was. I appealed it and the mute was like 3 or 5 days or something. The appeal was accepted a day after my mute wore off. ._.

I was curious about it for a while but never really got around to looking into it. Only thing I know about it is that it replaced JAG and that it's supposed to be more secure, although I did find JAG as the best security precaution that Jagex has implemented so far.

It's always instant, regardless of what they tell you. However, banks made money from interests and bs fees so they will tell you there is a few day wait period while they use your money to lend it to others and make interest on it. That's why banks always give you delays before using your money. Otherwise, everyone would use it too fast before the bank could successfully invest and loan it.
