Done same thing. Except i didnt use bot client. Just a random mouse clicker to flick prayer every ~50-60seconds. 5-8hours everyday easy

Guthans nmz with "Random Mouse Clicker". Use any client you want. Draw clicking area(prayer icon(quickprayer)), put rapid heal flick between 40-59 seconds double click. No need for bot clients. Those will get you banned eventually Or use Fluffsoft for good nmz "non botclient" stuff.

You're better off just downloading a macro program for mobile (Hidemacro) on appstore/playstore or whatever.

To answer this question, No. Got alot of bans. But i still manage to keep some of them alive. (Same residential ip) From my experience you just need to even your stats out. Bot whatever you would do if you played yourself.
