  1. @Patrick Getting this error on Mirror Mode when starting any script, even something as featureless as an Idler: [ERROR][Bot #1][01/09 07:56:38 PM]: Error in bot executor or from Error class (and not Exception)! java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.osbot.zE at org.osbot.c.IIiIIiiIiIIi(rn:101) at org.osbot.c.IiIIiiiIiIII(rn:165) at org.osbot.c.getPermissions(rn:194) at java.security.Policy.implies(Unknown Source) at java.security.ProtectionDomain.implies(Unknown Source) at java.security.AccessControlContext.checkPermission(Unknown Source) at java.security.AccessController.checkPermission(Unknown Source) at java.lang.SecurityManager.checkPermission(Unknown Source) at org.osbot.vB.checkPermission(tm:4) at java.awt.event.InputEvent.canAccessSystemClipboard(Unknown Source) at java.awt.event.InputEvent.<init>(Unknown Source) at java.awt.event.MouseEvent.<init>(Unknown Source) at java.awt.event.MouseEvent.<init>(Unknown Source) at org.osbot.rs07.input.mouse.awt.BotMouseEvent.<init>(xn:232) at org.osbot.rs07.input.mouse.ClientMouseEventHandler.generateBotMouseEvent(vm:141) at org.osbot.rs07.input.mouse.MoveMouseEvent.IiIiIiiiIIIi(ai:710) at org.osbot.rs07.input.mouse.MoveMouseEvent.IiIiIiiiIIIi(ai:447) at org.osbot.rs07.input.mouse.MoveMouseEvent.execute(ai:36) at org.osbot.rs07.event.EventExecutor.IiIiIiiiIIIi(de:287) at org.osbot.rs07.event.EventExecutor.execute(de:293) at org.osbot.rs07.script.MethodProvider.execute(oo:519) at org.osbot.rs07.api.Mouse.move(tf:86) at core.Main.onLoop(Main.java:12) at org.osbot.rs07.event.ScriptExecutor$InternalExecutor.run(bi:250) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) [INFO][Bot #1][01/09 07:57:32 PM]: Terminating script Idle Player... 2. Don't try to run a massive farm as the first thing you do. Bot on some f2p throwaway accounts to get an idea of how bans might work. Botting is not like how it used to be in 2011, it's far more difficult and you're going to have to test methods/scripts individually to figure out what works and what doesn't. Expect to lose money in the beginning, but it is still possible and worthwhile to succeed. Good luck.
  3. If you have to go cheap on proxies, stay away from providers that everyone else is using. This should be common sense.
  4. There is no such thing as a stable bot farm. You will have to replace bots within some period no matter what you do. If you use proxies, get a residential provider, it's really the only thing that helps at this stage of the game.
  5. You will get locked if you linger in a f2p hotspot on a datacenter proxy. If you find you're getting locked as soon as you log in, it's time to change your entire setup because your IP/MAC may be flagged. Besides that, datacenter proxies appear to be one of botwatch's first priorities, accounts operating on them will almost certainly be profiled and banned before resi. It is possible to succeed with these IPs, but it will take a lot of testing with different providers, preferably a provider no one else is botting with. If you have a dynamic IP, try your home IP, make sure it's different from your main accounts'. If your home IP helps, you would do well to get a few cheap used laptops off of amazon/ebay or something and assign them each a resi IP from your own home router.
  6. Enjoy high gp prices for the next 2 or 3 years while you still can. The market price will never recover, it's been on a downwards aggregate trend since 2014 and I don't see Jagex getting better at sinking gold any time soon. The only thing that would make any worthwhile impact would be a GE tax.
  7. If you use a proxy, try to get a residential provider (they exist). As for gold farming methods, Youtube and Google are your friends. Most will keep their best methods to themselves and so should you. Don't expect to succeed without investing a lot of time and money into testing. Good luck.
  8. It is. I wouldn't be surprised if they scrambled IDs again since anti-cheat probably can't be in much on Christmas break, lel.
  9. @Czar Two questions: How well does the custom NPC feature work, like can I have it fight and loot an NPC pretty much anywhere with just the name (it's okay if it gets stuck sometimes)? And has it worked well with Mirror recently?
  10. At this point it's not a matter of if, but when the ban is coming. Even botting 4 hours a day on reflection, you may last months but you will eventually be profiled and banned. A lucky few get away with 50m+ botted XP most likely using private scripts. Best thing to do if you start another botting journey is use the same trusted scripts for a while, but change up the pattern every week. Learn some Java and write some basic scripts to help you with this, it's really not that difficult after a month or so.
  11. Still laughably low. I don't think there's a good way to distinguish between gold sellers and legitimate trades without a ton of false positives. At this point hundreds of mills are trading hands at any given time. As for what you're friends said, they're referring to jamflex DMCAing Arcus/Bogla's site which makes hardly an impact at all. They have the right idea (going after major gold sites), but their execution is poor. They can't do it properly in-game so they're taking it to real life. Everyone's tipped off and taking extra precautions now, but for the most part they are not necessary.
  12. The amount duped isn't even 1% of what's already circulating in the game. It's possible certain people abused it in the past to crash gp prices, but realistically 110b is nothing and has no effect on the economy.
  13. Makes no difference anymore, they have anti-cheat staff working weekends now. It's all about detection. If you are detected with relative certainty rest assured you will be banned the following morning.
  14. There's a lot of garbage and misleading advice on forums like these. The best way to cut through all of the BS is to test every possible factor yourself. It is possible to bot without getting banned, let's just say if you do things exactly like everyone else, you will not succeed.
  15. The average player has something like 30m in net wealth, and gp will be worth less and less the more alchables enter the game. There simply aren't enough goldsinks that are enticing enough to the majority of players to offset gold injection. Unlike other MMOs, Runescape is absolutely abysmal at keeping its economy in check. I wouldn't be surprised if Bonds eventually hit 10m each, in fact I think it's inevitable. However, Bond prices will crash again as is the trend at the beginning of November. Free Twitch mems will be the main catalyst for this, although the Premier Club promo also factors in because each Bond will be worth more days of membership. The lowest Bonds will crash should be around 3.5m.
  16. Runescape is pretty much just a money making platform for me at this point. Aside from the rush of PKing, I have zero motivation to actually play the game, not when there are so many other, better MMOs out there to sink time into. I know some people play this game 15 hours a day and I have no idea how, they're missing out on so many other games lmao.
  17. It is actually possible to get a 2 day ban on a proxy which I'm pretty sure is manually issued on a bot by bot basis, which means an account (or several) get on their radar, which can implicate your other accounts. I've lost several bot farms to chain bans in the past on just about every client, not just Osbot. As long as you go in starting small, expecting to get banned and have backup plans, you'll be fine either way.
  18. Not even worth trying to improve this tbh. The main draw of private scripts is uniqueness, which is meant to help against profiling and thus bans. You'll be hard-pressed to make a script on simple methods that have been written a thousand times before unique. Just to save you some headache, sleeps are not enough.
  19. Don't spend serious money until you have a couple of good, tested methods. I wouldn't even bother with proxies at first, you'll get banned quickly when goldfarming anyway and there's no avoiding it, only delaying it. Oh, and if you expect to succeed right away, aren't knowledgeable about the game yet or unable to learn from mistakes that you will make, I'll do you a huge favor and tell you not to even try as you will only end up wasting hundreds of dollars. Assuming you do succeed, invest in learning Java. I honestly regret not learning sooner. Being able to write and maintain your own scripts is a huge advantage over 90%+ of botfarms.

Was just testing this out. It seems to get stuck at the very first gate in the Edgeville dungeon if it closes as soon as it's trying to webwalk past it. This is the gate before the wilderness gate. Should be a simple fix to add an extra check to see if the gate closed before trying to walk through it. Using stealth inject btw. Other than that, it seems to work smoothly. Nice work!
  21. Bot detection uses a variety of factors. Basically if they can detect you're using a botting client, you're probably getting banned. Flagged IPs are a bit of a myth, except for accounts locks and creation. You can get around this by just buying accounts, but I would still use residentials if you can. After that, ban rate is down to specific scripts.
  22. I tested this with some throwaway accounts since primes are so cheap and easy to get. I've always been curious about how different OSs factor into bot detection and I finally got the opportunity to do so. I never really use anything other than the latest Windows/Linux, and this was enlightening to say the least. I had accounts on Ubuntu 16.04, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Datacenter 2016, and finally Windows 10 Home. I used clean residential ips for each. I logged in on a few bot clients on each OS, but get this, the accounts that logged into these clients on Windows Server 2012 R2 were detected and banned for a Macroing Major in a few hours despite never running a script or botting (I never botted these accounts on creation nor were the IPs "creation banned"). It didn't matter how many times I changed IP on the rotating network, the result was the same. It seems older/unusual versions of Windows are highly exploitable as key heuristics and if they detect what client you're using and it's something they can recognize as a bot client, it's over. This would explain why some people report getting banned right away or just for playing on a bot client while others like myself never do. What's more, I then botted accounts with the same scripts and behold, only the Linux and Windows 10 Home accounts survived after a week. Needless to say I stopped using Windows Datacenter 2016 on my servers and uploaded a Windows 10 Home image instead, otherwise I use Ubuntu just fine. This is pretty much irrefutable proof to me that they do in fact try to detect bot clients and will outright ban you simply for logging in on one. Different OSs mostly use different JVMs, and other quirks about them might be exploited to determine whether you're using a bot client. So far, IP, OS and mouse movements/script patterns seem to be the dark triad of bot detection. Be careful.
  23. Get VIP and use Mirror Mode if injection isn't working out for you. I have multiple accounts that lasted months botting with free scripts.
