Really the only thing I'm concerned about is him killing himself. Its selfish and stupid. And yes he needs to go to rehab and intense therapy because 14 year old children should jot go around with lethal weapons. As for jail, he won't go there as he is under age, the longest he coulf possibly go to juvy is for 10 years, and thats when you murder someone.
