I don't see why it needs so much costumer support. There are tons of pre-made scripts for it, and its the easiest to use script there is.

I havn't bought your guide because I don't want to waste my money. I've heard people say they already knew 80% of the stuff in the guide. Goldfarming isn't really new, and I'm sure that if I bought it, I would have wasted 25m. Anyone could have made a 14 page guide on goldfarming.

I have no idea, and I have been wondering this myself. I'm guessing when J-mods play RuneScape, they have a slightly different client. They can probably see things that normal users can't.
