You're no longer required to flick rapid heal, Just eat rock cake back to 1 hitpoint every time it goes up. Dharoks set up - 36 Sips of overload and rest of absorb potions + rock cake lasts me around 3 hours. which is around 90-100k combat exp + 30k hitpoints exp.

I probably wont attempt it until i max out haha. True, it's like RS3 fight kiln when you need a pickaxe lol.

You would be looking at around 25-35 hours game play time. So about a weeks worth but could be less. Realistically I'd play around 6 hours a day or atleast try to with a skill that requires constant attention.
