First things first, we have to eliminate your attitude of just wanting to build your arms. Trust me, you'll look like a retard with big arms but a lanky chest, back, and legs. There are a lot of beginner lifting programs which should bring you results in 12 weeks time. I suggest you create an account on bodybuilding.com forums, lots of knowledge you can gain from the veterans. I also can't stress how much you need to take in more calories than you're burning. Training is the easy part of building muscle, trust me. Also, as a beginner you will gain a lot of wait relatively faster than a person whos been lifting for lets say a year or two. This will slow down after about 3 months. Good luck, and remember, diet and rest is just as, or even more important than the training.

Not really. I've gotten banned here before using an auto fighter from osbot, this was june last year. I've used a script from another website for about 2 weeks, botting almost 24/7 and haven't gotten banned lol. Not really a high ban rate
