Who did I scam?

I don't own an account with the name "Phoni", everyone who has traded with me knows I use my main, won't say the name here, but ask anyone. Like I said in my other post, I told him to meet me in GE, but he said meet me in Varrock west, I wasn't thinking and started to head to Varrock east (confused for west), as I didn't understand why he wouldn't want to walk 10 steps to the GE. So on the way to Varrock west, he types his PayPal, I answer with a "?" cause I didn't know why he was doing that before trading, as he didn't have much rep. I also always do trading, second screen, 10m in trade, accepted etc. to make sure I am trading the correct person and to avoid problems like this. I don't know if he created an account with my name to get me banned (therefore forcing me to refund him), he was also taking alot of time between messages, and his excuse was "hes on his phony" (didn't think OSRS mobile was out yet). So, I was waiting for @LovelyThief to make a dispute, as he said he would. But he didn't. So what happened was we agreed for me to buy gold from him, we agreed on Varrock west, after asking him to come to GE, he refused, so my mind didn't think and thought it was Varrock east, as the ge was so close to varrock west. After he corrected me, I started to run to varrock west, and he sent his PayPal email, when I put a "?", he accused me of scamming and sent me a photo of him accepting a trade to the rsn "Phoni". This is not my account, he said it was a level 3, and that there is no way that someone could have knew where we were trading with a name like Phoni, yet it was a lvl 3 (he said). I think he tried a scam by trading his gold to an alt, then accuse me of scamming. I am also very curious why I have trade with caution w/o a dispute? Also I'd like the false feedback taken off.
