don't listen to people telling you to buy/switch a proxy after getting banned once or twice. it takes tens if not hundreds of bans before the ip gets flagged.

if you're just copy and pasting then make sure you're pasting the right thing in the right fields, and also that nothing extra is pasted by mistake (like an extra character that you didn't notice)

and you're sure the rsn matches the username that you're trying to unban?

can you log in to the runescape website and see in account status that it's actually permanently banned?
