Honestly I have no idea, but other games out there will use a HWID as a tool to recognise repeat hackers. If Jagex got smart maybe they started using it too.

He means Hardware ID I believe, different to the mac address, but mac address is probably worth doing too, anything that's individual to each PC.

If you get a 2 day ban, do not bot on that account unless you really want it permed. 2 day bans are a botters free warning to stop. Either suicide it hard until it's perm banned, or don't bot for a year on that account. I'm not super knowledgeable on botting bans, but I'm pretty sure this info is correct. (waiting to be corrected by elite)

Amazing responses so far, I'm getting hopeful I can start over and just try again! One thing I didn't do is use mirror mode. Now I'm aware of course this is still detectable just through a different method, but has anyone go first hand experience in this being safer or is it just down to how hard and reckless you go?

Hey fine people. Just had a quick couple questions. I got ban hammered yesterday with a 2 day, I pretty much went ham a couple days back with Stealth quester and went 2 hours straight, 1QP to 30 something (Amazing script, trialled and will buy for future accounts). My own fault for raising the flags but I was wandering what to do going forward. I'd rather not lose the account so I won't be botting this one again, but what about a new account? I don't expect I would have been ip flagged off a single 2 day, but to everyone's best guess, what are my chances on a fresh acc? Will a 2 day ban on a fresh ass rape my other account now? Appreciate the answers, I know I have a low post count so I'm expecting a 50/50 ratio on helpful answers and "you don't understand botting scrub" (botted using other software many years ago, times have changed clearly)
