If there's nothing you guys are going to further do against the false claim then close the dispute. Nothing is being gained at this point.

Although it seems pretty clear to me in the screenshot, I was under the impression before buying the proxies that I would be able to create accounts without them getting locked. However, I tried to create 1 account on each proxy. In the end, only 2 accounts remained unlocked (out of 10 proxies.) I didn't test on one proxy, because it couldn't connect to the RS website, leading me to further believe that these are not fresh proxies for RS, as was implied by D Bolter (see below.)

So, I just left it again (Yeah I'm probably retarded, but why didn't I get notified the first time around?) However, I never got a chance to respond to the dispute. D Bolter did indeed claim that I would be able to create accounts with his proxies. Am I not allowed to leave bad reputation for his false claims? Why aren't other people allowed to see the bad reviews of one's business? The only reason I purchased his proxies was to be able to create accounts, now they're pretty much useless to me. I'm confused at this point of whether it is not allowed to voice your opinion here, or if your opinion is only welcome if it helps the seller in some way.
