VIP is worth getting if you are trying to build a few (or more than a few) accounts at once.Most people won't tell you their technique but if you want an account to last then its all about obscurity, unless you are goldfarming then suicide and transfer profits thru mules. Test things out for yourself and you will learn quickly. I will say, try not to use really popular free scripts. Buy a few premium scripts or a private, and use proxies. 1. They work like 90% of the time. It will auto log you back in if you entered all your details correctly in the "Add bot" interface. 2. You guessed it. Personally I don't use either of these features. Except to have the break timer log me out, so I don't bot for more than 2-4 hours at a time.

It'd be easier to do this elsewhere. You're going to need a lot of food. You shouldn't really train at sandcrabs until after 60 str and att. Just bot monks or goblins.
