  6. I do 12 hours a day not during Jagex working hours for the most part.. although i always switch it up, sometimes i will take a whole day off.

  8. Just go to RS Support and click Appeal. The chances of getting your account back if it wasn't "hacked" or botted on another IP rather than the original are pretty slim though.
