Not bought accounts as such But I have sold 2 NMZ starters, a Starter Zulrah, a main and currently in process of making more NMZ starters. All satisfied customers -
They are TWC'ed until staff thinks its safe for them to be removed from TWC, some of them even end up in lifetime TWC.

Not really, but an extra precaution won't hurt you. Also botting on VPS, you can simply file a hijack recovery incase botted account gets banned.
