Friend keeps getting this bug trying to get his Eclipse to open, any idea what to tell him? google " Reason 1: The most common reason behind this problem is, we are trying to install different bit version-that is, 64 bit or 32 bit version of the software. It maybe either Eclipse or Java. The above are the main reasons causing that Exit code =13 in eclipse. " pretty sure he downloaded 64 bit on a 64 bit
