if you don't want your main to get banned, do not bot. however, if you feel like risking it, bot like 30/40 min, take breaks and do other stuff like farm runs, then back at it again with agi for like 30/40 min. it's not the best xp, but it's gonna help your account not to get banned. as for days, not sure. don't bot on mondays
