Hi fren, welcome to the forums No one really knows if it will increase your chance or not, but I can tell you this, if you get caught on one account jagex will check the accounts who have logged in the same ip and check for botting, especially if you bot them in at the same time. I would say the safest thing to do is purchase a proxy (Xylate sells cheap and good ones) and use your home ip for one account and a proxy for the other account Anyways goodluck on your botting adventure. Also a word of advice: don't bot on an account you care about!!

It would all depend on the quests that you had completed to get barrows gloves. In other words; if you completed harder quests such as regicide, desert treasure, lunar diplo or just went for the easiest quests.
