All you can really change on a laptop is RAM and Hard Drive. You already have 6GB of RAM which should be plenty for anything you do, so not much you can really upgrade.

Flax spinning is a quite high ban rate I'd assume, as it has no requirements, so it's overpopulated/botted. As for help/suggestions on what to do, not many people will help you too much with that. The more a method is shared, the more it is abused, the higher the competition, the lower the profit/hour, and eventually the method is ruined. The best methods are kept secret/have high requirements and therefore stay profitable for longer. Best to just experiment around yourself, level up, do higher stats required methods, etc.

Just FYI due to all of the recent bans RS07 GP prices have been skyrocketing! Even the super cheap/overpriced gold flippers (ex R2P) are buying gold for more than that (They are buying at $2.50, which is still super low compared to average). You might get more business if you look around at the average going prices and raise your offer.

This is quite common. The normal procedure is 1st Ban: 2 Day Temp 2nd Ban: Perm, and yes they watch you more closely afaik. My advise is always, if you care about the account, don't bot on it for 2 weeks or more before risking it again. Or if you don't care too much about it, YOLO.

A script like this can make users a lot of money. It's quite obvious a 1 time payment will crash prices for sure. People running this will be making a lot of money, continuously, so rightly so, so should you. A monthly payment is definitely the right direction to go, and $15/month sounds perfect to me, you can EASILY make much more than that using a script like that. It should be $15/month/instance

It's possible to do, not sure if it can log out if a JMod is nearby though, only if they talk. AFAIK there is nothing special/distinguishable about a JMod model/character itself, but when they talk they have the crown in chat, which can be detected by the bot and then further actions can be taken. I think what you're asking is for a (few) specific script(s) you use to have this feature, rather than a script that just sits there and logs out when a mod is around :p? Best to just request the feature on the thread(s) of scripts which you use, and hope the the script writer will care to implement this option.

Honestly, there is pretty much nothing you can do, Jagex already ignores all RWT/Macro ban appeals. They are pretty much all 'legit'. You pick a plan, specs, etc., and you pay the monthly fee for it and it's yours. You'll need to learn how to set things up on them properly though as most of them are linux based, and windows ones cost more $/month. Not many people like to share theirs as to not get IPS flagged in case the VPS uses shared IPs. Honestly you can just google around and find them easily yourself.
