It's not hard. The three I listed are who I would've considered first. Plus they're all more experienced (from what I've seen) that him. There's a lot of behind the scenes stuff Alek has been doing that none of us know about, it's not as easy as you think.

There is only 2 veterans left, active. So you shouldn't worry.

Not when playing with friends/family. So why do you need a next gen console for that? Xbox 360 and Ps3 do that.
