I had a feeling you weren't entirely serious no worries. Well as a former mod and lifetime sponsor(and to a lesser extent dank meme master) I have contributed a lot to the forums so it makes sense some would like to help me =). Whereas the random guy you speak of is in all likelihood a leecher that will come and go when things get rough and at worse case scenario scam quit. Yes, id imagine private scripts would be expensive, which makes me reluctant to get too involved(aside from not having a private method). From the looks of it fletching looks like my best bet, although odds are I am just going to go into buying/reselling gold. Thanks for wishing me luck though =).

Perhaps not plausible as a bot but... My main with max combat is 29k short of 72 slayer so I could do this by hand making at least 600k+ an hour =). too bad I don't have time to play 10+ hours a day(I can play 2 hours at most if I am lucky though).

I realized that. It's a shame I couldn't get involved earlier on but as I mentioned in another post it was impossible to get involved earlier. I don't think gold farming is for me... takes way too much time and effort. Id rather just buy and sell gold at a profit which given my reputation shouldn't be a hard market to infiltrate *evil laughter*

It's not like I don't know that or anything. Just that there are certainly better ways than others to make money which is what I want to know. I wish I got into gold farming back in 2013 but all my money was tied up in study prep for Law School. Absolutely no money for fun crap until October 2014 by which point gold farming was hard as F and still remains hard. All this putting me in the situation I am now =(. I think I am just going to take advantage of my established reputation and start buying bulk gp and selling for a profit... rinse and repeat.

Yeah it's a really crappy feeling. I am sitting on so much assets right now ingame but I can't do crap to multiply them it seems =(. Max combat and I don't even do boss battles that much for it to be profitable. Maybe my luck will change once I finally get 85 slayer(currently being trained by hand by Dbuffed). I tried a few different methods with mirror client and wasn't getting anywhere due to barely running 1 bot on my computer. Since then I have determined the only viable approach for me is to use the normal client(though I am concerned since I am not too certain what the current ban rates are). Currently, I have around 4-5 separate level 75 wood cutters, and I still have Khals wood cutter. Part of me wants to buy a bond for each and proxy and just get as many magic/yew logs as possible). If I am not mistaken it'd take two full days of botting to pay off the bonds alone and then there's the script price to consider, cost of buying the accounts, etc. I just don't know how viable it is if the accounts will just get banned before they pay off. This leads me to the idea of making runecrafting accounts for the abyss, but it seems the cost to get them made by hand is high and then there is the script price and bonds again. Ideally whatever I decide to bot wouldn't be supply intensive(aside from necessities like bonds). I was thinking about doing hunter and going for red chins but such a method probably has a high ban rate given the profitability/not supplies intensive like blast furnace. I am way too busy to make any accounts from scratch so my only way to prepare is to pay someone to make accounts by hand or bot them. I just don't know, which is the most viable method or if botting is truly even for me(initially I got into botting to level up one of my old accounts but ever since botting became harder back in early 2014 I more or less stopped). I was never much of a gold farmer to begin with which is why I am in this situation now. I hope that all makes sense, and I am thankful for your advice in advance.

Well said, I am probably going to sell my 07gp now and might even get into the market as a regular seller(buying at discount like 1.2 instead 1.4 of course given my reputation which is what I already do and then resell for like 1.4). If deadman mode becomes bottable and conditions remain favorable id love to start botting that. sorry.... I just like to write a lot and go into detail. Will add that now >.>

Hi everyone, I have been thinking lately what will the future price of 07gp like. With the winter holidays around the corner, it seems reasonable the demand for gp will soar and in turn prices(making it a good time to sell). However, there's another event over the horizon that concerns me in terms of the price of gp making me consider selling now and that's the debut of Dead man mode. Here are some facts of what we know about dead man mode that we need to consider for this analysis. 1. Lots of people like pvp and the wilderness tends to remain not as active as ideal(unless I am mistaken). This creates an unsatisfied demand which deadman mode seeks to satisfy. Even darkscape does this but deadman mode is more similar to rs07 so this will get many people who want play under the same engine of rs07 to convert over(where they might not have wth darkscape). 2. About 25% of the community didn't want grand exchange and with no grand exchange in dead man mode, this may interest current players who remained playing despite voting no to GE, and in turn they make the jump over. There may be people who gave up on rs07 entirely at one point or another and may return to deadman mode. What am I getting at exactly? If there's an influx of players switching over from rs07 to dead man mode, and they decide to sell all their rs07 gp to either save up for dead man mode gp(if viable to sell like dark scape) or might just pocket the cash and switch over to dead man mode regardless; then there's going to be a surplus of 07gp floating around the market with not as many buyers as before. Why does this present a problem for prices? I am sure you're familiar with the basic principles of economics supply and demand. If there's too much supply and not enough or less demand than prices will be driven down(which may be the case with 07gp for a short while when dead man mode comes out). On the other hand, if demand exceeds supply than prices will soar(look at 07gp when it first came out at around $5-3.50 per mil and Dark scape $10 per mil and soon dead man mode's prices). What do you all think? Will rs07 gp drop due to dead man mode? If so how much? Now of course, this is no guarantee it'll drop since this is all speculation It may even go up due to other factors(like say a bot ban wave) highly doubt it'd be due to the impact dead man mode will have. It may lower even further if another duplication glitch happens, but we don't know if that'll happen anytime soon since they usually happen randomly. TL:DR:If too many people sell their rs07gp and go to deadman mode there's a good chance rs07gp prices will drop. Let the discussion begin =).
