nature spirit gives you 2k def xp which is 13 def, but i think lv 14 is like 2107 xp? so if you have under 106 xp in def right now then yes it will work, if you have over 107 def xp then no you will have an ugly 14 def thanks

whip 68 str using super combats sword fish im getting 70k xp total 18k hp ish and 52k attack xp with a 3 rock crab spawn, only get crash whe i take my breaks just move places. or use 2 2 sand crab spawns, for 4 crabs for even faster xp

just so people know sand crabs with best gear-fury and ring you can get 60k xp, 16k hp and 44k str xp, at 70 ish str, i dont know what how much you can get in nightmare zone

is there a reason why the trail only brings 1 stam potion and 3 prayer pots? the food works great when i change how much but prayerpots and stm always bring whatever it feels always 3 prayer 1 stam

if you are using range yourself just keep moving, becuase they will 100% mess up unlessa good pker, im currently 54-61 combat, and im having the same issue, but as they are going in with the gmaul i risk it and yolo with my dds lol and i kill them more then half the time, if timed correctly
