Yes, jokes are ban worthy. Some things you do not joke about. Jokes can be considered threats etc, just because you are "joking" doesn't make your death threat less serious in the court of law(example). Also, Eliot put a malicious code into a script by accident... Since it was by accident he deserved to be unbanned... But, they didn't know that at first. So ofcourse they banned him as a safety measure to protect the mass amount of people it could of affected.

I have my doubts about bonds increasing ban rates, the same thing was said when EOC bonds came out. I have been gold farming, but no bans since bonds came out... So, I see not evidence (for me) that it has any effect.
