I think your missing the point, what if a guy rapes you? What if the girl uses a dildo on you? Etc Etc... Sexual assault is messed up, and the numbers are staggering that it is around 40% of all rape victims are male and due to lack of support (females have free councfil clinics etc) it is estimated that 85% - 90% of male rape victims do not report it and due to repressing it (idk the exact number) such a large amount of men commit suicide and a lot of others get into drugs, drinking depression etc. The point of this is sexual assault, male or female is a serious issue. This is also ironic as how "equality" is a joke, as using this as an exmaple males are extremely under priviledge but nobody talks about it?.... Also, to all these people complaining how he more time than a rapist... The reason is because the punishment of crimes stack... A person rapes one person gets 10 - 20.... But if they raped more they would get more time... He is getting so much damn prison time because of the mass amounts of laws that he broke and how he repeatedly broke them... That is how the legal system works :p

I would love skrill... But, they don't support Canadian banks... So that is pretty stupid on their end and renders is pretty much useless for me.

As you just said to me on skype: It is also your fault you did not check my stats? It is pointless just pointing blame at one.... Which is why I do not wish to, I understand I should of been more diligent in checking, but that is not the point of the arguement. The point is, no matter what the reason is, you should not be able to get yourself out of a service, and keep money for work you did not complete as that is scamming. I would of been willing to pay, or get myself the 40 wcing level if you asked and it would of not taken very long. Also as Kamii stated, their are ways to get around not having the 40 woodcutting and completing the quest. But, you used your TOS to keep money you did not earn.

Also, I agrred to his TOS before he added rule #10 which meant he got to keepe money. I posted and agreed on Mary 28, 2015 @ 4:52pm, and rule #10 was added May 9, 2015 @ 8:20 am. Also, I gave you my RSN and searched it up (as you commented on it so I know you did look at my stats) at 12:09... Then I gave you my log in details at 12:14.... You did not tell me I did not have the level required until 3:46. You knew my stats for 3 hours and 37 minutes and did not tell me? I would of logged on and completed them, or paid you or something... But as this TOS allows you to, you just decided to take my money.

I will not state the service our of respect, but if you wish to search it up you may. PLease do not post the service link as I wish to keep this professional. The mod I showed screenshots of, was the mod who approved his "updated" TOS. So, I am not sure what to take as I have brought it to the staff atention almost 24 hours and as you saw in that convo... He did not seem to care about it. That is exactly what I said/thought. I am not sure to why the updated TOS was accepted...

I agree with this, and also he threatened earlier to stop my whole order because I got all the required items except 1 raw shark and he would of kept all the money and acted like I should be thankful he continued with my order lmao... This is just a major loophole, he could technically just drop an item, then you do not have the "required items", cancel your order and keep your money with no work done.

I have recently encountered a TOS that allows usesr to scam. As you see in that TOS, if you forget a raw shark, or some stats etc, he can canel your order... Then refering to his final rule #10 he does not need to refund you. So therefor can do no work, and just keep your money That rule has been approved by a super mod. What is my role in this? Well, I was scammed. I have been speaking to multiple mods with no real answers... This is what the scammer says: As this screenshot shows, he believes his TOS allows him to scam. The mod I got to reply has said (I edited out his name because I do like them...) The mod(s) and users seem to be on a different page... The mods seem to think the TOS doesn't matter, and "global rules?" override it, but then why approve it? Either way, I got scammed and I just hope nobody else does but the mods do not seem to care, and the user is fine with just taking others money. What is the communities opponion?
