Try using a Windows 10 VM with Parallels or try setting up Bootcamp on your Mac. Bootcamp would probably be your best bet. Lookup both and decide what works for you, like I said happened for me so I definitely think its a Mac problem right now.

If FulLinus did not scam or leave on bad terms (leaving orders unfinished, etc) and no longer wants to work for you anymore, you refund his deposit. That's how a deposit works. The point of a deposit is insurance in case anything bad happens and the worker goes rogue. If nothing bad happened, you refund his deposit.

We don't ban because you want the user banned. You can either take the account back or a refund of what you paid him for it. Choose one.

I really don't care if you "advertised it" on the site or not, you sold it to a user through our site and gave and received feedback for it. You sold it on OSBot. You disregarded our rules and broke them. If you previously agreed to quash any bans it's not void, you're required to quash the ban on this account and return it to the user, we don't play take-backsies here. Let us know when you've done so.
