24 hours has passed without a response from @Dfewsloc, I've gone ahead and banned him. If he wishes to return he'll need to refund @pooplet the cost of the account.

A word to the wise, you don't need to iterate every item in the cache as approximately half are noted. Find the pattern and this will cut down the execution time by roughly 50%.

Programatically getting the id from a string is a lot harder than vice versa but there are two main ways I can think of to do it. First is to scrape a site such as the one @Apaec linked, second is to loop the Item Definition cache until you find the string you're looking for (make sure to check that it's not noted or anything).

TWC is given based on facts and a staff consensus. If you'd like to suggest changes to the system I'm sure Maldesto would be happy to hear them.

Yes market rules; we do try to deny threads for those who spam for an account sale; people with TWC can now provide services but cannot have a thread. The problem with a DNT or market restriction rank is that people will still trade them anyway as they currently do in TWC.

A good example of the second part is a market user with a lot of feedback who lies about an account original owner.

Make sure you're actually using the SOCKS5 port, some services give you the http and sock5 port.

Hopefully I can clear this up; TWC can be left indefinitely after a refund if the staff team believes the user is at all at risk to scam again OR if the user clearly and knowingly broke the site rules.

If you're referring to the Java syntax of case, it's used inside switch statements to give code to execute based on the value of the statement/variable being switched.

I'm going to have to close this due to lack of evidence, it's one word versus another so without sufficient evidence of payment we can't go forward. In addition @Misheard seems to have another account on OSBot and created this one just to dispute, so we'll need to look into that. Dispute closed.
