So dispute him on Sythe first then report him here for an offsite ban; we have our rule in place to protect users from this exact scenario, we aren't responsible to handle a dispute for a trade done via Sythe.

Most if not all the info presented in this video is misleading; the "bot" is just a AHK script using color on Bluestacks (an android emulator that runs on Windows). EDIT: and it's definitely not almost no bans, since the video released Jagex started banning them much more

I doubt you got detected/banned for just 20 minutes of botting, chances are the ban was flagged by previous longer botting sessions. And Jagex only gives 2-day bans to older/established accounts

We're not going to hide this from the public no. Whether or not it was "your brother" that blocked him from discord and recovered the account it is still your responsibility as you mentioned. If you do not to intend to refund @3ezi the full cost of the account we'll have to IP ban you permanently.

This time we'll try to help, but in the future please do your due diligence when buying accounts here/our discord.

@Just Discipline has contacted staff and says that his PC has been infected, he has deleted his discord to prevent further scams for now. He will be site banned until he's secured his accounts and we will handle a refund then.
