Works 100% for inject method works 80% for mirror so yes it works

It's for sure safe I've used it for 6+ hours and never had an issue dying but wear a ring of life too just to be safe. Even if you run out of prayer potions it will automatically teleport away and restock before finishing the trip so no worries.

Every update at least that I'm aware of warrants a new mirror download so you need to wait until it's updated
