There is something wrong with the client after the recent update.. Before when I ran the client it only used 230-280mb of ram while running my script, but when I tried running the client couple of hours ago the ram usage is 450-800mb.

it would be nice if they removed the restriction from the premium script rules, then you'd probably see some crazy shit(good shit) being released on the store.
drop the ssd and water cooler and invest into a better cpu (the gpu 390 is pretty good), you don't really need an ssd since you have HDD and your on a budget and if you do go with 8320 is totally fine I personally have one myself, but I do think you should go with the newest gen I5 unlocked
