You bought it for 50m, therefore the value to you and to him is 50m. You got it a 2 day ban, which decreases the value of the account. If you are content with that as a refund instead of an account (The value wont be what you have in mind) then let us know. If you want the account back, @Madz has it ready.

Seeing as he's got issues to attend to, @WiseGoldMan refund him the gp that was on the account and agree on an amount to deduct for the services you've already done.

Posting "Feedback" on scripts you dont have nor tried is spam. Having 3 accounts is against the rules. You are welcome to join the community as well as sell whatever things you want to sell. However, we do not take lightly to rule breaking which you seem to have a habit of doing. (Spamming & Multiple accounts).

If he happens to win the dispute @Drollie then he will have to pay you, however like i said, drop the dispute and we'll see when/if he receives the money.

Hypothetically speaking here (The dispute is still ongoing and hasn't been settled) but if it came down to it and you were eligible for a refund, i would like you to know that you will be refunded less than what you paid for the account. You got it a 2 day ban which really hampers down the value. Now, taking that into consideration, do you still want a refund on the account or do you want it to be returned to you? Also, like i said earlier, this isn't me saying "oh you've won the dispute, what do you want?". Just making things clear.

You cant see this guy has no good intentions. With the picture he's provided, he clearly hasn't received your money. It's being held by paypal. I would suggest closing the dispute and waiting for them to deliver the money to either one of you.
