We can't deduce who botted an account during the service. How do we know it wasn't botted before the servicer received the account and he only got a delayed ban while doing the service? If you want guaranteed services, go to the people who actually have a good amount of feedback rather than going for the cheap option.

They've both provided evidence of screenshots of every level - through osbuddy. It would be impossible to determine which one of them was the one who botted on your account, otherwise we might be falsely accusing someone here. Because of that, there will be no action taken against either one of them. Sorry for your loss, dispute closed.

You're right. We do know what to do and we've already told you to refund him. If non of you have anything useful to say, dont post it in the dispute. Arguing for the sake of arguing is wasting time.

Yeah, there is no way to determine who took your items. Thats why i said we do our best. The user will not be giving you any money or splitting the cost of any items. Does this mean you will not be refunding him?
