As i explained to you before, before we upgraded to IPB4 you couldn't make a thread in the vouchers section, after we upgraded we forgot to set that same permission. @YoungWinner

We dont trust many people to sell vouchers, does that mean we should place you all in the TWC group? Also, its more about only letting the "extremely trusted" people sell vouchers. Theres been too many incidents in the past which kindd of screwed over OSBot as well as customers.
