Skype match in this thread: @Dan Bilzerian has been banned. He can post an appeal giving us an explanation as to what happened but i cant really think of any. Seems like a very straight forward chargeback.

From what i can see, he's only been banned due to his actions on the other forums. Nothing to do with him scamming and what not, hence he will not be banned here.

I've placed @ilikedabot in TWC for good. I assume you've taken some sort of deposit from him? If so, deduct the bond price + the 2m cash for supplies from it and return it to him. Unless you want to keep him on as a worker. That should be all, regarding the dispute.
