@Asuna states a "minimum" of one strike. Now, if the offence you did was anything else (Delayed work etc..) i would've been lenient. But a rule that is there for all servicers, is that only you are allowed on the customers account unless he allows it, which he didn't. Thus you will not receive anything from asuna, unless he feels like he wants to.
I've notified @Asuna of the dispute and asked him to reply here. Can you please provide pictures of the skype conversation where asuna says you only get 1 strike? Also, just to make sure i've got this right. You made a mistake/violated his ToS while working under him and the strike you received was the punishment, correct?
User will need to confirm if he received the payment within 24 hours or i will close this dispute.
