Hey guys, first time I open up a service & I fully understand the basics of it and I've got some experience in what I'm about to offer you. What can I do for you exactly? I can power level Attack, Strength, Defence & Ranged, Agility. (This is what I mainly offer) Account building: I am only willing to make Pures, that is 1 def pures, 20 def pures MAX. I will not take on any orders which require def to be quested above 30. That being said I will offer to pretty much do everything, provided you provide the supplies of course. I'll be doing questing from level 3 accounts up to mith/addy gloves, DT, MM etc. I'll shape accounts anything from 1-80 range/1-80 str/1-70 attack and so on (Of course keep in mind, in a reasonable time-Also 80 is the limit for range/str if the accounts start off with 1 str/range.) POWERLEVELING IS DIFFERENT LIMITS! I can get maximum 55 magic (normally I'll get 45). Keep in mind Account building is intense at times, and prices will not be cheap at all. Prices will vary there is no set price in stone, all price quotes will be given through Skype. Feel free to PM me to ask for my Skype, I prefer this because this rules out you will never add an imposter, as I will be adding you. I'll add maybe a template for orders later if necessary. But usually just post what you want here. ALSO: I have no problem with a Middleman carrying the payment during the service. The middleman must be trusted and approved by the both of us. Terms of Service: You must not login or change password on the account during an order period. You must ask for permission, failure to do so will result in no refund whatsoever. (I'll be flexible in some cases) I am not responsible for any mutes nor BANS on the Account. BANS: (READ) --This goes for day(s) bans and permenant. I will refund only according to the work done on the account, for example if account gets banned day 1, I'll most likely refund you in full. However if an account is nearly finished and receives a perm/2 day ban I'll partially refund according to what's been done on the account. You must provide all costs for the account. (Supplies, etc) You must leave feedback and vouch here within thread after service has been complete. By ordering on this thread you automatically accept this ToS & Osbot's ToS of course.

This sounds about right, but I guess you'd be buying it off a random for this sort of price. Idk but it's probably me when it comes to accounts I tend to overprice them, like if I had something like this I wouldn't sell for 1 gp less then 50M simply because accounts like these take hours and countless hours to build.

I have no idea man I've never been ratted/ key logged... Best thing you should do now is set a pin on your rs Acc. Use the damn 2 step factor thingy they added. Then get some help don't even change your pass / attempt to rebuild until you find the root to this problem. I would try to help you more then talk but I must sleep. Ask them to check the buyers IP address with the one that was used to make the payment at the time, if they match there's no reason he should be making a chargeback. If that don't work out or if he was a smart ass using a VPN at the time of the payment it kind of seems fishy that they waited 17 days later to report it and IDK but I'm pretty sure they had probably accessed their PP in that time frame..

The ban doesn't drag down the price much it's just not quite quested is the problem, you could possibly sell it for 15M or so as is.

Think what you must, we're all breaking the rules if you think about it... I don't really encourage it I'm just showing people what I've lured in my history of luring so far. For one I don't bot my main account (I've recently gotten back into botting) and I barely use services and such but what the hell we all BREAK the rules.We all might as well as follow the Runescape rules with your attitude and we should all be banned on here with the thoughts of your attitude.

In all honest it deserves like 30M 07.. but you would have to find the right buyer looking for a special account like so. 2. Not everyone is willing to pay that much but if you put it up for sale you could get in the 15-20M margin or so..
