It was a worse offense, but jagex even banned my friends on the same day targeting all their wealthy accounts.

Some blackmailing, but mainly people gather victims for E-whoring, where they make you pay for nudes of girls. They also have these galleries of girls and just send you some to tease you but make you pay for more, some even have fake videos.

If you're using a static IP/ VPS the accounts will get locked, sometimes simply to cause distress for you. In some cases where hacked accounts are used on a static IP, jagex can have other accounts auto locked once you login with that internet.

Google Roguekiller, download it and run it, might pick up some nasty stuff regardless if you reinstalled windows. As for password requests; add 2-step authentication to your email / Runescape if you don't already. Temporarily stick to using a different device to change your passwords. As far as I know you can't send & execute a file through teamviewer at least instantly, you would of seen him try and that process takes a while.
