Maybe it would encourage scripters to take on greater tasks aswell, as getting a script on the SDN would require a more complex script and be "a bigger achievement" than before.
I'd only support this if it doesn't take away any dev time for actually developing the client and what not - that'd be a pity, to be honest. Wouldn't this also make it harder for upcoming scripters to get scripts on the SDN or would it not matter?

This could actually be its own category on the SDN, to be honest. Also, a Tithe Farming script could be available for VIP users. (Is VIP considered free...?)
