Girst of all its not a zip file that you can estract, its a.jar file for java. Install java at: http://www.java.com/download Then launch the .jar file with java. And I see you are Lithuanian if you want I can speak to you over skype/pm in Lithuanian to problem solve it

osbot requires java8, check what version you have by opening the command promt (cmd) and typing java -version if you have an older java version uninstall it first and reinstall the newest jre/jdk
