Not sure how it is now, and I almost maxed out im at 97 atk, everything else is 99

When i did this on my main, I got like 300k xp a night, ran it for 6 hours when i went to bed, 6 hours while I was at school, so that was 600k xp a day, and it all adds up. You will most likely be banned and I wouldnt risk that on a maxed rs3 acc.

Yea, good agility level always helps, and get mining as high as you can.

do fire runes to 44, before you gotta do like air runes , an a few earth rune runs. Im pretty sure for balloons the quest is enlightnened journey, which requires like 34 farming or something like that so start working on farming. I used to have a rcing acc I made a while back, time consuming at first but the hard work pays off, especially when nats are 260-270
