Your cpu is shit, i'd get a I5 it'll be a lot better. Get rid of your CPU cooler, the stock fan that comes with it is fine. 24gb of ram is overkill, just get 16gb you'll never evcn use anywhere near it. Get a SSD and either wait for WIN10 or use WIN7. Soundcard is worthless, your motherboard sound card is on par with a $50 one. Downgrade your power-supply for a 650. You'll be able to handle approx 8-12 clients with the cpu as the bottleneck.
