They do matter if you're using a personal domain that's not a common mail server its easy to track. Stick to Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail.

There's so many people spamming and not just using the search function for the forums or just googling it to answer the most basic of questions this would great for both chatbox and forums and overall the community. I'm thinking like the first is 0.5 warning points, second is 1 and third and any after are 2. When people constantly spam "where is X" or "how do I do X" when there's already dozens of topics/posts about they should be forced to learn basic researching skills.
