If it sounds doable than good luck! Once you get more than 50 bots you'll realize where you've been overly optimistic.
Also if you don't have the knowledge to write your own scripts its either going to take you more than 40 hours per week or a lot of money to buy the scripts needed.
Lets just assume that his numbers are correct and that every person of the 135 is making 3k/month. That means there is 405k USD being spent on just gold in OSRS every month. Does that sound like a normal amount of money that 27k users spend per month on buying gold?
If OSRS Mobile doesnt increase the OSRS player base then the game will either:
A) die out sooner than later.
B) get MTX introduced to the game since OSRS Mobile didnt increase revenue like the higher ups expected
C) die out because the funding from higher ups gets cut in half after no results from mobile.
Dont waste your money on buying any books, you can either find the book online for free or you can get another source for the info.
The java docs online are really well written and are a pretty good start.

There's a free account, go have fun with it. You can use a lvl 3 and not get banned, I've done it for months. The only accounts which have gotten banned for me are accounts which have had levels on them.
Your computer probably had an old DHCP IP and the router gave that DHCP IP to some other device therefore rendering your computer unable to connect until the router fixes the problem itself.
Even if you give the server a GPU runescape will not be rendered by the GPU. You don't need a GPU at all, and even OSBuddy had to edit the games graphics processor to make it use a GPU for their Open GL stuff. Also Runescape can be run in nointerface mode perfectly fine so where is any need for the GPU?
Sudo your problem comes from how you wrote the script itself. I think you're using something like if(!area.contains(myPosition())){ getWalking().webWalk(Position)}. If your character is within 5 squares I believe it is, webWalker will consider it's job successful.
Runescape runs 100% on CPU. A CPU can render graphics, albeit not as well as a gpu.
