The problem is, say they are a quester, you take a huge questing order expecting them to be able to knock it out, 5 minutes later, they quit. You just took a questing order that you don't have someone to fill. Becomes an issue.

Its a really bad idea actually, let me just keep everyone that I pissed off from posting on my thread to review my script and or service. It has the right idea, but its EASILY abused. The bad things about a list of disputes or something similar is the fact that people open disputes because their account got banned because they were botting and want to blame it on ANYONE else. They make up bogus disputes and then that is supposed to go against others? I understand it as a TWC doesn't get removed until you are proven innocent or have repayed your debts(I don't like that), I haven't seen any get removed for random reasons. I like the current system, I do however dislike Nuetral feedbacks, you either got what you wanted or you didn't.
