Go to paint and press CTRL + V. Go to Tinypic. Upload your image. Copy your embed code. Go to the forums, find what you want to do and place 'these tags without the spaces [ IMG ] IMAGE HERE [ /IMG ]' So each alternative option leads to time, but I guess I would go for download gyazo, simply that you don't want to repeat #2 again. Good luck making your mind up.
